Producer's Notes

The Castan distillery was founded in 1946 by Gilbert Castan, located in the south of France, in Villeneuve sur Vere. Sebastien Castan, third generation distiller created Whiskey Vilanova. The whiskey production process is carried out at the Castan Distillery, the production of barley, the fermentation of malt juices, distillation and aging in oak barrels. 

This whisky is sweet and velvety on the palate, opens with a superb display of red fruit aromas, with a lingering and silky finish.
