Bailly noted that this had been bottled 3 days before I tasted it and not surprisingly, there was a background hint of sulfur on the more obviously Chablis-like nose of Granny Smith apples, lemon rind and tidal pool nuances. There is also better volume and mid-palate concentration to the more attractively textured medium-bodied flavors that possess an enveloping mouthfeel, all wrapped in a nicely long if not especially dry finale. This was a bit awkward but in fairness, it had just been bottled so my rating offers the benefit of the doubt.
