There's tremendous depth to be found within the 2020 Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso. Crushed red plums, exotic spices and dusty roses can all be found in the glass. This is lifted and graceful in style, atypical of most Ripasso. Energizing acidity and a salty mineral core add a savory edge to its floraltinged red fruits. This finishes with admirable length yet is remarkably pure and fresh, leaving the mouth watering for more.
