Deep garnet-purple, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Wedding Vineyard has a show-stopping nose of violets, chocolate box, anise, cedar chest and red roses over a core of warm cassis, blackberry compote and black raspberries with wafts of wood smoke and iron ore. Full-bodied and built like a brick house, the palate delivers tons of tightly wound layers, framed by very firm, very finely grained tannins and wonderful freshness, finishing long. Sumptuous and gloriously ripe, with superb concentration, the 2015 shows the more finessed side of Fisher ' s Sonoma property. A host of floral and savory overtones grace the mid-weight, silky finish.
