Producer's Notes

Intense ruby ​​red color. Smell of currant, blackberry and cocoa. Dense taste with soft tannic structure and long finish with hints of spices, toasted hazelnut and licorice.

Wilted violets and ground cloves complicate a burst of dried wild blueberries and exotic spice as the 2021 Cenito smolders up from the glass. This is pure elegance—silky and polished, yet lifted and energetic, with a textural wave of ripe red and black fruits that flow across a stream of vibrant acidity. A caking of salty minerals mingles with fine tannins as the 2021 tapers off with staining length and youthful structure, leaving a tart blackberry concentration that puckers the cheeks.
