Almond custard, vanilla bean, crushed rocks and smoke waft up from the 2021 Chardonnay Buri. Silkysmooth and weighty upon entry, it forms up beautifully as tart orchard fruits and candied lemon come to the fore. This is almost salty through the finale, with minerals and yellow apple hints that linger on and on. The 2021 Buri is a beauty.
