Producer's Notes

This wine comes from our complacent plots on the Zellenberg area (localities Graffenreben and Ritterpfad). The geological substratum mixing Marnes, a large thickness of calcareous coastal conglomerates and some quaternary crystalline contributions, confers a very aromatic profile, fresh and spring colors, a touch of vertical, fine and very elegant mouth, a tight texture and a lot of brightness.
