Light pink onion peel

Nose: Enveloping with hints of white peach, pleasant development and good mineral sensation.

Mouth: Wine of remarkable finesse and character. Backed by a nice sour shoulder. Continuity and balance satisfy the taste aspect.

Food:  Lake and sea fish, it goes nicely with white meats, light and summer dishes in general. Also excellent as an aperitif.

Minimum alcohol content:  12% vol.
