The flagship of the estate, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve was partially barrel fermented and spent 22 months in 80% new French oak. It offers a classic Cabernet bouquet of crème de cassis, bouquet garni, graphite, dried flowers, and tobacco. Medium to full-bodied, nicely concentrated, elegant and seamless on the palate, it has moderate tannin, nicely integrated acidity, and a great finish. It excels on its pure, elegant, classic style and should keep for 15+ years.
