Gentle chopped herb (think tarragon) and snow pea aromas on the nose with sliced fresh pears and grapefruit. Wonderfully fresh and zesty, medium-bodied, with a clean and lightly salty finish. Drink now.

Vinous: 89 Points

The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc, which has moved to Cape Coast designation so that it can contain fruit from Elgin, has a well-defined bouquet with green apple, wild peach and light mineral notes. The palate is wellbalanced with a fine bead of acidity, quite tensile with a bright, malic finish. I can see this having broad appeal.
