Lemon curd and lemon zest with crushed stone. Full-bodied with tropical-fruit and dried-apple aromas and flavors. Dried mango and pineapple at the end. Sort of waxy, too. Drink or hold.

A blend of 53% Sauvignon Musque and 47% Sauvignon Blanc, the 2020 Sauvignon Blanc has a very floral nose of lime blossoms and jasmine over a core of lemon curd and fresh grapefruit with a waft of oyster shell. Medium-bodied, crisp and pure with lots of delicate layers, it has a long, steely finish.
