Born is the famous label of Kato Kichibee Shoten Brewery in the Fukui prefecture. The Tokusen Junmai Daiginjo is medium bodied with satin-like mouthfeel and elegant grapefruit aroma. It is aged at 0°C for a minimum of two years adding to its unique depth of flavor full of chestnuts and flowers. It is made from Yamada Nishiki rice, and pairs great with Butter Poached Salmon, White Sauced Pizza, or your favorite pasta with pesto.
Recommended Serving Temperature: 40°-50°F, 65°-75°F, or 95°-105°F
Born's Special Junmai Daiginjo, aged for a minimum of two years at 0℃. Medium-bodied satin-like mouthfeel, and boasts the mature fragrance of grapefruits. Delightfully debonair.
