It is made from Yamada Nishiki rice and is polished down to 39%. You will find layered aromas of rice, apple, honeydew, and strawberries. On the palate it is round and soft, but also bright with hints of pear, apple blueberry and honey. This sake pairs great with rich dishes like Beef Bourguignon, Braised Pork Belly, or Veal Osso Bucco.
