In the birthplace of sake, Kyoto prefecture, Kizakura Brewery produces one of the most recognizable brands of sake, Tozai.  Their “Typhoon” is a great table sake made sturdy enough to be warmed or used in cocktails. You will find aromas of banana bread, baking spices, and fresh roasted walnuts. This is a great sake to pair with pork dumplings, roasted vegetables, or seafood salad. 

Recommended Serving Temperature: 40°-50°F, 65°-75°F, or 90°-100F.
