Producer's Notes

Our Estate Cabernet has deep claret coloring with aromas of berry, plum and dark cherries. The toasty French oak component shows off the beautiful fruit. Lush and soft across the palate with nice, ripe character and a touch of cedar and spices. Lovely balance with good length and structure will suggest age-worthiness as well as drinkability upon release if you can’t just wait. Patience is a virtue though and this wine will keep getting better for the next decade or more.

From Spring Mountain, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate has herbal red and black fruits as well as some iron and olive-like nuances that emerge with air. Medium to full-bodied, ripe, and nicely textured on the palate, it s a surprisingly upfront, round, charming mountain Cabernet Sauvignon that will keep for a decade.
