Mingling aromas of sweet red berries with notions of orange zest, incense, spices and peonies, the 2021 Corton Grand Cru Les Perrières is medium to full-bodied, layered and seamless, with lively acids, powdery tannins and a precise, mineral finish.

Burghound: 91-94 Points

A cool and equally restrained nose also derives mostly from the red side of the fruit spectrum, especially cherry and raspberry along with pretty floral hints. There is excellent volume and punch to the medium-bodied flavors that exude a subtle bead of minerality on the chiseled, compact, focused and wonderfully persistent finale where a touch of austerity slowly emerges.
