LUSCIOUS & LIVELY

Born is the famous label of Kato Kichibee Shoten Brewery in the Fukui prefecture. Crafted from Yamada Nishiki rice, “Dreams Come True” is a silky, clean sake displaying notes of cotton candy and peach with a lively finish and aromatics to spare.  It is a sake often used by the Japanese Prime Minister’s office when entertaining dignitaries.  Drink from a wine glass and pair with your favorite cheeses.

Recommended Serving Temperature: 40°-50°F, 65°-75°F, or 95°-105°F

Producer's Notes

One of the signature sakes from the brewery, aged at ice-cold temperature for 5 years, giving an elegant fragrance and beautiful mellowness.
