The 2019 Champagne Grand Cru Verzy Les Terroirs is produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and pours a straw hue with glints of copper. The nose is brothy, with raspberry, chamomile, hay, and dusty earth. It is ripe and full of Mirabel plum, apricot, and salted orange, while the texture is broad and dry, with ripe structure. This is a fantastic entry to the range, with a gastronomic application. Disgorged March 2022. Drink 2023-2033.
